It's a system which enables employees to come together and work expeditiously towards a common goal.
It has a positive effect on the cognitive functioning of a person to perform much better than before, gather knowledge, and share it with others efficaciously. It is very important in the 21st century, where there are so many tools and techniques coming up for the development of all sectors.

Training and development is the most effectual way for various companies to transfer and share their skills and talents to new and existing employees. Many corporate trainers are aware of the fact that without perpetual practice and reminders, employees who have undergone training sessions, tend to forget almost 85% of the matter discussed in the training.
In this case, the businesses end up spending huge amount of money on training and developing their employees. If the employees are not consistently in touch with particular information and skills, there is a possibility of them not remembering most of it.
Facilitation technology specially concentrates on this factor and seeks to meliorate the way people acquire knowledge, so that extra information and skills are grasped at the time of the training, which can be used when needed in future.
There are some facilitation tips and techniques which need to be followed by facilitators who should be clear in what they want to inform. They need to have a thorough knowledge of what they actually want to talk about.
If the facilitators themselves are not clear, the people who are being addressed also would be confused, and the session will be ineffective. They should put forward their views and matter in a very simple and presentable manner. The trainees should easily be able to understand what they want to share.
They should encourage participation from the trainees who may have some different views on the topic. Participation is very necessary in keeping the session alive, only the facilitator speaking and the trainees listening, would not make the facilitation beneficial.
The facilitator shouldn't just stick to the point, he should use several examples and ensure that the participants have understood much from the examples. Take a note of the session time, because long sessions can make the individuals lose interest.
At the end, ask for feedback and any questions regarding the discussions. The facilitator should ensure that everything goes as planned, and that the knowledge impartation process is a success.
Facilitation technology generally has a prompt impact on the employees, as a result good productivity and performance is instantly noticed.
